<p>PURPOSE: To provide a container suitable for transporting a compressed block of tabacco by a method wherein the entire inside walls of a container which is rectangular in shape is made of a flexible fabric sheet and an upper surface of the wall is connected by a sliding clasp fastener to upper edges adjacent along at least three edges thereof. CONSTITUTION: A front face 1, a bottom face 2, a rear face 3 and top face 4 forming each wall of a container is made up of fabric, i.e., continuously woven polypropylene. Said fabric comprises two layers wherein an inner layer comprises a polypropylene film which is of perfect coating with weight of 40 G/sqm having water-proof characteristics and such air permeability that a gaseous disinfectant may reach the content. An outer layer of the fabric is woven by vertical and horizontal yarns each of which thickness is 1800-2200 D and whose weight is within 225-275 G/sqm. Polypropylene yarns with thickness of 4500-5500 D are used for sewing up layers. Three edges of a top wall 4 which is not fixed thereon are made up of a piece side 9 of a fastener with a pull ring 12 and sliding clasp 11 and the top edge of walls 5, 1, and 6 comprises the other side 10.</p> |
