PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of equipment and to remarkably enlarge the range of application by disposing a positioning device at a required place of a transfer apparatus, and providing a transfer loader capable of laterally moving above the positioning device. CONSTITUTION:A positioning device D for stopping a packing case with the position thereof regulated is disposed at a required position of an apparatus B capable of transferring plural kinds of packing cases, and a transfer loader E capable of freely moving laterally is provided above the positioning device D. In this arrangement, the packing case can be freely selected and transferred on to a pallet F with the case hung down by one transfer loader E, which can reduce the cost of equipment and simplify the equipment. Furthermore, as it is not necessary to provide a structure for regulating the lateral movement of the packing case in the transfer loader E, there is little restriction upon the side and shape of the packing case to enlarge the range of application.
