PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transfer data of a bus even when DMA transfer conflicts. SOLUTION: This bus controller 100 controls a plurality of DMAC-equipped devices including a DMAC 113 for controlling the DMA data transfer to use a data bus 130 connecting those DMAC-equipped devices, wherein the DMAC-equipped device is provided with a DMAC control part 114 for controlling the operation of the DMAC, and when following second DMA transfer based on the use of the first DMAC 113 is requested during the execution of the first DMA transfer by using the first DMAC-equipped device 110 as the bus master of the data bus, setting information for completing the transfer of the untransferred data of the first DMA transfer is transmitted from the first DMAC control part 114 to the second CMAC control part 124 according to the predetermined conditions, and the first DMAC executes the second DMA transfer.
