PURPOSE: An audio device having a flip-down method is provided to open and close a front set which forms a front side of the audio device in flip-down method. CONSTITUTION: A body portion(20) is formed as a shape of a cabinet(21), and has various parts on an inner space(22). A trim panel(30) forms a tip front surface of the body portion(20), and has an entrance(32). A front set(40) is rotatively installed in flip-down method based on hinge portions(41) at both lower ends, and has various buttons and a display. A locking unit(70) enables the front set(40) to be selectively contacted with a front side of the trim panel(30) by exposing a suspending hook toward the front side of the trim panel(30).
