PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a resonance frequency in a sensor device using an LC resonance circuit.SOLUTION: A detection coil L is a planar coil that is formed on a substrate 11 and constitutes an LC resonance circuit 17. A wiring 19c is formed on the substrate 11 and connects the detection coil L and a capacitor C2 constituting the LC resonance circuit 17. An adjustment part 30a adjusts the position of a conductive member 13a so as to vary the area where the planar conductive member 13a faces the detection coil L. An adjustment part 30b adjusts the position of a conductive member 13b so as to vary the area where the planar conductive member 13b faces the wiring 19c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
