PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable generating a route without vast amounts of processings by calculating an evaluating value consisting of the sum of altitude value and a value which is obtained by weigting in distance in a target spot direction in a sight field range viewd from a start spot. SOLUTION: When altitude and a fault to be displayed on a CRT screen and the generated route are displayed, the routes R1 and R2 passing an area being out of visibility from a radar RD are generated while evading the plural faults A1 -A7 from the start spot S to a target spot G in the area where a travelling object M is activated, for example, and the route R is indicated as an optimum route meeting evaluation reference to the most. In this case, a succeeding running-through point is decided at the start spot S and the point progressed in its direction a fixed distance is adopted as the point where the succeeding route is generated. In the same processing, the route generating points are successively decided till the arraival at the target spot G so that the routes R1 are generated. |
