LIQUID EJECTOR, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND INK JET PRINTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejector exhibiting a high utilization efficiency of ejection energy through a simple structure. SOLUTION: The liquid ejector comprises a pressure chamber formed of a stretch element, a liquid channel for introducing liquid to the pressure chamber, a first substrate forming the bottom part of the pressure chamber, and ejection openings made in the first substrate. Bottom part of the pressure chamber is deformed unevenly by stretching/contracting the stretch element and liquid is introduced from the liquid channel to the pressure chamber and then ejected from the ejection openings.
