PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air pump unrestricted in a used place, suppressing power consumption at low degree, and enabling use for a long time. SOLUTION: This air pump 11 is provided with a solar cell 27 and a power source (a dry cell) except for the solar cell as a power source, and a power source switching device selectively switching these power sources. Under the condition that the solar cell 27 is available, the solar cell 27 is used preferentially.
