PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel which is capable of keeping a position of a device for filling an adhesive in an always specified position with respect to a lens housing chamber or lens and is further advantageous for obtaining stable strength of adhesion while assuring an adhesive area and to provide an imaging apparatus. SOLUTION: A recessed part 80 held open for a hole section 68 is extended from one wall surface 6602 toward another wall surface 6604 and is formed on a second hole surface 6808 of the lens housing chamber 66. The recessed part 80 for filling the adhesive is formed by surfaces 8002, 8002 facing each other to convexity outward in the radial direction of the hole section 68 and the surfaces 8002, 8002 facing each other are formed to the dimensions largest in the portion opened to the hole section 68 and made gradually smaller the more distant outward in the radial direction of the hole section 68.
