PURPOSE:To reduce a wire-to-wire capacitance of an inductance itself, to increase its resonance frequency, and to use it at a high frequency and in a wide frequency range by composing the inductance of a fine linear conductor blank made of a superconducting material. CONSTITUTION:A fine conductor blank 1 made of a superconducting material is linearly disposed on a supporting material 2 made of an insulator, connecting plates 3 are attached to both ends of the blank 1 to be integrated, and external wirings are respectively connected to the plates 3. A wire-to-wire capacity of a superconducting inductance itself is reduced, its resonance frequency is increased, and the superconducting inductance which can be used at a high frequency and in a wide frequency range can be easily obtained. |
