PURPOSE:To improve sealing capability and assembling workability by forming an inside electrode section which is formed with conductive carbon rubber and an outer frame section which is formed with non-conductive rubber into an integrated unit of an electrode. CONSTITUTION:An inner electrode section 29 which is formed with conductive carbon rubber in which much carbon is dispersed, and an outer frame section 30 which encloses the electrode section 29 and is formed with a common rubber material with the base material for the electrode section 29 are cured and formed into a unity, or they are cured and formed separately and formed into a unity by cementing them. A defective joint between the electrode section 29 and the outer frame section 30 is thereby eliminated and a sealing character of the electrode 10 itself is secured, which prevents the cross flow and liquid leakage from the joining surfaces. |
