SOLUTION: This invention relates to a CC chemokine receptor protein, a DNA, a transformed cell producing the receptor protein, the receptor protein, and the uses of the DNA, a method for screening a receptor affinity compound with the transformed cell or the receptor cell, a kid for screening the receptor affinity compound with the transformed cell or the receptor, the receptor affinity compound obtained by the use of the same, a medicine containing the receptor affinity compound, an antibody against the receptor protein, etc. The CC chemokine receptor affinity compound can efficiently be selected by screening the CC chemokine affinity compound with the CC chemokine receptor protein.
