PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of total data, to shorten time required for printing the generated form and to save the capacity of a storage device used for the preservation of data on a form by connecting plural pieces of data which can be connected as graphics data showing one graphics among individual graphics data showing the form and converting it into one graphics data. SOLUTION: The address of initial graphics data stored in a storage area MO is substituted for a variable P1 (S01), and whether the graphics of the address P1 which the variable P1 shows is the broken line or not is judged (S02). When it is judged to be the broken line, the address of graphics data is substituted for a variable P2 and attribute data of graphics data of the address P1 is stored in a storage area M1 (S05). When graphics data next to graphics data of the address P2 exists in the storage area MO, the address of graphics data is substituted for the variable P2 (S07). Then, graphics data of the address P1 is judged to be connected with graphics data of the address P2 or not. |
