PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid damper device, a driving device, and an apparatus with a damper, capable of applying a load in any of rotation in a first direction and rotation in a second direction of a rotor shaft, and changing the load applied to the rotor shaft in the rotation in the second direction.SOLUTION: In a fluid damper device 10, a damper chamber 11 filled with a fluid 12, is formed between an inner peripheral wall 210 of a damper case 20 and a rotor shaft 40. A valve element 50 is supported on the rotor shaft 40, and the valve element 50 forms a gap G with the inner peripheral wall 210 when the rotor shaft 40 is rotated in a second direction B, and narrows the gap G when the rotor shaft 40 is rotated in a first direction A. An inner diameter of the inner peripheral wall 210 is various in the circumferential direction, and to the rotor shaft 40, the load corresponding to a size of the gap G is added from the fluid 12 in both of rotation in the first direction A and rotation in the second direction B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
