A cotton pellet dispenser is provided, which enables to use a plurality of cotton pellets in a convenient and clean way by pushing an interior decoration member. A cotton pellet dispenser comprises: an interior decoration member(100) in which cotton pellets are placed and a net type cover formed of a plurality of openings having the size corresponding to the cotton pellet is mounted; a main body(200) in which the top is opened so that the interior decoration member can be mounted from the top and a pair of side parts support both sides of the interior decoration member; and a pressurization member(300) which is upwardly protruded from the inner central part of the main body.
