Method for transformation of structure of sequences of genes of data base includes texts of nucleonic sequences of genes, fragments of genes, inter-gene gradations and annotations for those that is program document of format NCBI that is transformed to elements of structured language of document by means of computer. By the method one preliminarily generates set of templates on basis of regular expressions for sequences of introns and exons, set sequences mRNK, one reads properties of input program document that are interconnected to elements of structured language of document and by constructions obtained one fills template of output document.. |
