PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic composition having excellent handling property (usable time), trowel workability and quick hardening property-early strength development when mortal finishing is carried out by plastering workers in building construction and to particularly provide the hydraulic composition which is used for filling recessed parts or gaps on the base surface of a structure such as various buildings and is excellent in trowel workability, facing-up workability, quick hardening property and dimensional stability. SOLUTION: The hydraulic composition contains a hydraulic component containing alumina cement, and a resin component and inorganic powder and does not contains fine aggregate and a fluidizing agent. Hydraulic mortar prepared by mixing and kneading the hydraulic composition with water, has a flow value of 55-90 mm, measured by a flow test based on JASS 15M-103. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
