摘要 PURPOSE: A balanced power amplifier circuit using detector and its amplification method are provided to control the characteristic of balanced amplifier used in the radio frequency(RF) communication system, to decrease the signal difference of the amplification stage, to detect the input and output signal of the each amplification by installing the input and output signal detector in the balanced amplifier circuit. CONSTITUTION: A balanced power amplifier circuit using detector comprises a distributer(210), the first detector(220), the first amplification stage(230), the second detector(240), the third detector(250), the second amplification stage(260), the fourth detector(270) and a coupler(280). The distributer(210) divides the first signal and second signal by the input signal of the radio frequency. The first detector(220) detects/outputs the first signal of the distributer(210). The first amplification stage(230) amplifies the first signal of the first detector(220). The second detector(240) detects/outputs the output signal of the first amplification stage(230). The third detector(250) detects/outputs the second signal of the distributer(210). The second amplification stage(260) amplifies the second signal of the third detector(250). The fourth detector(270) detects/outputs the output signal of the second amplification stage(260). The coupler(280) couples the output signal of the second detector(240) and the output signal of the fourth detector(270).
