PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of powder or granule typed tea product containing spore forming lactic acid bacteria. In particular, ginseng tea product contains lactic acid bacteria which show viability at high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of powder or granule typed tea product is characterized by the steps of: extracting medicinal herbs, such as Lycium chinensis and ginseng in hot water, and concentrating the extract; and adding spore forming lactic acid bacteria to the concentrated extract.
