PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photograph with out-of-focus feeling as if to be picked up by a camera with a large aperture from an image picked up by a camera with a small aperture lens. SOLUTION: At first a couple of images A, B picked up by a couple of image pickup lenses with a prescribed parallax simultaneously and parallax information are received and a distance distribution of an object group in an image is calculated based on the received information (S1), an out-of-focus parameter to provide out-of-focus information depending on an attribute of the image pickup lenses is properly selected (S2), an optical fog different from the actual image pickup lenses is provided to the object group depending on the calculated distance of the object group and the selected out-of-focus parameter (S3), and an image with the fog provided thereto is outputted. |
