PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer electric power and communication data without the electrical connection for an expander. SOLUTION: A transfer device is provided with a primary coil winding wire 26 and a secondary coil winding wire 30, which are introduced/connected by sandwiching an annular gap 11, an electrical circuit 28 which selectively supplies signals of two different frequencies to the primary coil winding wire 26 and an electrical circuit 32 connected to the secondary coil winding wire 30. One of the two signals charges a capacitor by introductory connection between the winding wire 26 and the winding wire 30. The other signal is transmitted to the electric circuit 32 via an introductory connection between the winding wires 26 and 30, in response to collision and the capacitor and is discharged. Thus, the expander 20 is expanded.
