PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous operation of an input signal to a semiconductor integrated circuit even if it is irradiated with an electromagnetic wave externally at the time of use. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device comprises a semiconductor integrated circuit connected between a pseudo feeder line and an earth terminal or between a power supply terminal and a pseudo earth line, and a semiconductor switching element connected between the power supply terminal and the pseudo feeder line or between the earth terminal and the pseudo earth line and leading out a switching control signal input terminal wherein an inverter is inserted between the switching control signal input terminal and the semiconductor switching element or a noise transmission circuit is connected between the switching control signal input terminal and the pseudo feeder line or the pseudo earth line. Alternatively, an inverter is inserted between the switching control signal input terminal and the semiconductor switching element and a noise transmission circuit is connected between the switching control signal input terminal and the pseudo feeder line or the pseudo earth line.
