SOLUTION: A valve-drainpipe connection 78 as a connection between a drain valve 53 and a drainpipe 56 is provided crosswise and almost the lower half space in the valve-drain pipe connection 78 is positioned below the valve body. The vertical size of the space in the valve-drainpipe connection 78 below the valve body 132 is made larger than the opening of the valve body 132.
