PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and a method for preventing an existing pipe line buried underground from being floated without making any open-cut.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a structure for preventing an existing pipe line A buried underground from being floated, some floating prevention members 2 containing grout material are built up at a plurality of positions holding some intervals in an extending direction of the existing pipe line A to prevent the existing pipe line A from being floated. The floating prevention members 2 are constructed to cover from above the pipe 1 of the existing pipe line toward both side parts or from above toward both sides. It is preferable that the floating prevention members 2 are constructed at the connecting location 1a between the pipes 1. It is preferable that the floating prevention members 2 are formed as blocks containing hardened soil together with the grout material by the grout material poured from the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
