PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, which grasps instantaneously a condition on a substitution-request side and transmits information substitutively based on the request. SOLUTION: In the telephone substitution system, the system is set for transmitting information on a client side by utilizing network technology for telephone substitution, by which the transfer history information can be automatically transferred as a telephone service along with the condition set by a client while utilizing a private branch exchange (2) and a computer (3-b) or utilizing only the computer.
