PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soybean-curd production vessel intended to produce soybean-curd through microwave irradiation. SOLUTION: This soybean-curd production vessel has a vessel body 2 to hold soybean milk therein and a metallic reflective plate or a closure member 3 holding such a metallic reflective plate functioning to reflect/suppress a part of microwaves put to irradiation, wherein the vessel body 2 serves to thermally insulate soybean milk by the vessel thus heat-stored and enables the soybean milk to be brought to an aging condition in a short time under which the soybean milk can coagulate uniformly. |
