PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SC light source device for outputting SC light having high-quality spectra while suppressing influences of an external environment. SOLUTION: The SC light source device is equipped with a pulse light source 10, a variable optical attenuator 20 as an input light intensity adjusting means, an input light intensity measuring means 30, a high nonlinearity optical fiber 40 as a nonlinear optical medium, a temperature adjusting means 50, a variable optical attenuator 60 as an output light intensity adjusting means, an output light intensity flatness measuring means 70, and a control unit 80. The control unit 80 controls intensity adjustment of the pulse light by the variable optical attenuator 20 on the basis of the intensity of input light measured by the input light intensity measuring means 30 or the intensity flatness of the output light measured by output light intensity flatness measuring means 70, controls temperature adjustment of the high nonlinearity optical fiber 40 by the temperature adjusting means 50, and controls intensity adjustment of the SC light by the variable optical attenuator 60.
