VIBRATION ABSORBING BUSH AND ITS MOUNTING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration absorbing bush having reduced manufacturing cost, improved workability during assembling work and improved durability, and to provide its mounting structure. SOLUTION: The vibration absorbing bush comprises a first bush 3 and a second bush 4 pressed and mounted in a mounting hole C on the side of a mounted member 1. The first bush 3 has a first outer cylinder 5 and a first inner cylinder 8 connected together via a first rubber elastic body 9. The second bush 4 has a second outer cylinder 15 and a second inner cylinder 18 connected together via a second rubber elastic body 19. One end 6 of the first inner cylinder 8 on the side of a first flange 7 abuts on one end 16 of the second inner cylinder 18 on the side of a second flange 17. A pressed and mounted condition is established where the first outer cylinder 5 is displaced relative to the first inner cylinder 8 a set length closer to the side of the second outer cylinder 15 than pressed in and the second outer cylinder 15 is displaced relative to the second inner cylinder 18 a set length closer to the side of the first outer cylinder 5 than pressed in.
