<p>The subject of the invention is a device for simultaneously shearing two sheet-metal blanks (1, 2), comprising, for each sheet-metal blank, an assembly formed, on the one hand, by a member (10, 20) supporting the corresponding sheet-metal blank (1, 2), comprising a straight cutting edge (12, 22) and, on the other hand, by a movable cutter (13, 23) provided with a straight cutting edge (14, 24) intended to interact with the cutting edge (12, 22) of the corresponding support member (10, 20). The cutting edges (12, 14 and 22, 24) of the two support-member (10, 20)/cutter (13, 23) assemblies are located in the same reference plane P and the support members (10, 20) extend on either side of the said reference plane P.
