PURPOSE:To provide an inorganic material gear, since for a resin gear, a tooth part and a flange part are molded only by resins of different materials, it should be required to insert a steel material pin as a shaft or mold that by inserting. Then, a number of assembling manhours is many, and squareness of the shaft to the flange is difficult to be prepared. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 1 is made of inorganic material such as silica material or ceramic or the like, and is molded integrally with the same material as that of a flange 2 in the same mold. The flange 2 is, for example, minus transferred as a gear form of its outer periphery, and the whole depth, tooth thickness and root circle are reduced compared to a regular tooth form. A tooth part 3 is made of resin such as nylon, FRP, etc., and molded by a wall thickness of several mm wherein the tooth form of the flange 2 becomes normal one. The tooth part 3 is molded in the same mold as the shaft 1 and the flange 2. In that case, it is molded by using a so-called slide core wherein the mold moves partically to form a space. |
