PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure for a portable information processor capable of effectively utilizing the rear face part of a display part and effectively cooling a high heating element. SOLUTION: In this portable information processor provided with the display part to be optionally rotated around a device body 1, a heat discharging part 4 stored in a funnel part 3 opened on the end edge side opposite to the rotation base end side of the display part 2 is arranged on the rear face part of the display part 2 and connected to the high heating element 10 stored in the device body 1 through a heat transmission route 5.
