<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell enclosure of a high degree of freedom in design having excellent soundproofing performance as well as a compact and smooth outer surface. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell enclosure 10 is made to have a double structure consisting of the inner panel 1 and the outer panel 2, and a sound absorbing material 3 is mounted on the inner surface of the outer panel 2 to form a gap 4 between the inner panel 1 and the outer panel 2. This fuel cell enclosure 10 is installed so as to cover a fuel cell package 20 formed by housing a fuel cell, a reformer, an air blower or the like in the inside, and configured so that radiation sound 11 generated from the fuel cell package 20 will pass through the inner panel 1, the sound absorbing material 3 installed on the inner surface of the outer panel 2, and the outer panel 2 in this order. Moreover, by utilizing the gap 4 formed between the inner panel 1 and the outer panel, the fuel cell enclosure 10 is configured so that ventilation air 12 can be made to flow. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
