PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase selection efficiency by projecting a nonmagnetic metallic body in particular among materials to be selected to the front as strong as possible. SOLUTION: Three kinds of means are used. In the first place, a magnetism shielding plate 26 for interrupting magnetic force is fitted in the upper clearance part comparted between the outer peripheral face of a head pulley 2 and a belt. In the second place, nonmagnetic metallic bodies are flown from just above the center of the head pulley 2 on this side through the belt. A regulation plate is fitted so that the nonmagnetic metallic bodies are reflected downward. In the third place, a chute is arranged from just above the center of the head pulley 2 on this side. The eddy current selector is constituted so that these means are used individually or in combination therewith. |
