PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter device that can follow a high switching frequency, an electromagnetic induction heating device and an image forming device using the same.SOLUTION: An inverter device includes a first switching element 103A, a second switching element 103B connected in parallel to the first switching device 103A, a first drive circuit 104A for driving the first switching element 103A and a second driving circuit 104B for driving the second switching element 103B, and a control circuit 112 for making the first switching element 103A perform switching through the first drive circuit 104A, and making the second switching element 103B perform switching at a phase different from the first switching device 103A through the second drive circuit 104B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
