PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corresponding delivery device and a feeding system, capable of allowing superposing operations to be surely carried out, and also of enabling a finishing machine requiring a minimum floor space to be operated at efficient speed. SOLUTION: A conveyor 20 in which superposing arrangement is carried out, permits its feeding end to be positioned at place lower than a delivery surface, and also permits it to be angularly extended upward toward the ejection end of a delivery device. A driving device drives the conveyor in which superposing arrangement is carried out, so as to be operated at specified speed lower than the delivery rate of a box 12 toward a conveyor in which operation flights are piled up so as to be disposed, and the operation flights of the conveyor permitting superposing arrangement to be carried out, is inclined toward the ejection end of the delivery device 13, so that superposed and disposed boxes are fed toward the delivery device 13. A stack of serial boxes is so formed that the boxes are piled up and kept in a pressing condition in the device.
