A conventional recommendation system cannot improve the recommendation success rate when the time of the action decision by the user differs from the time when the recommendation is received or the time when the recommendation is a success. A recommendation condition correction device is provided with a condition storage means for storing the recommendation conditions for transmitting the recommended information to the user when the context, which is the state information of the user, matches the recommendation condition; a temporary storage means for storing a plurality of pairs of the user context created in the delay period, which is the period until the recommendation information received by the user conforms to the recommendation information, and of the generation time; a decision-time determination means that references the temporary storage means, estimates the time the context began to change, and outputs the decision-time context, which is the context at that decision time; and a condition correction means for correcting the recommendation condition based on the plurality of decision-time context. |
