PURPOSE: An emergency escape device of a low building is provided to enable a person to escape while holding a cylindrical body connected to a rope, to be easily installed, and to enhance holding force of the person by including a slide guard step on the outer circumference of the cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION: An emergency escape device of a low building comprises: a left bracket(11) and a right side bracket(12) having a penetration hole(13a) which is fixed to a left exterior wall and a right exterior wall; a cylindrical body(20) which is covered with a left cap(21) and a right cap(22) which respectively have a left screw groove(21a) and a right screw groove(22a); a left screw bolt(31) and a right screw bolt(32) in which a head(33) is inserted in the penetration hole; a through hole(21b) which pierced in the left cap; a rope(40) which is fixed to a left bracket; and a stopper(41) which is fixed on the end of rope.
