PURPOSE: A guide lamp device for a guardrail is provided to confirm whether a road is damaged or not using a beam, and to prevent an accident by sensing an earthquake and flood damage. CONSTITUTION: A guide lamp device for a guardrail comprises a beam treating unit(140), a bottom fixing unit(130), and a column(120). A first beam from a first neighbor guide lamp device(100-1) is irradiated to the beam treating unit, and the beam treating unit generates a second beam. The bottom fixing unit is fixed to the bottom surface. The column is fixed to the bottom fixing unit, and supports the beam treating unit.
