PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing which does not affect the usability to users or the like while maintaining a hard-edged design in appearance, and an electronic apparatus wherein a circuit or the like is stored in the housing. SOLUTION: In the housing 4, a front surface 61, a first left side surface 63 and a first right side surface 64 are almost at right angles to a first upper surface 62 of the front panel 61, and a hard-edged configuration is realized. Although a body case 5 is formed by bending a metallic plate and its corner 88 has a rounded R-shape, a corner 69 of the front panel 6 is arranged to project outside the corner 88 of the body case 5 and cover over it, and consequently, a hard-edged design of the housing 4 can be maintained as a whole. Furthermore, since a taper 71 which tilts inward from the corner 69 to a pressing part 70 which abuts the corner 88 of the body case 5 is formed in a rear end of the front panel 6, a periphery of the corner 69 is made smooth and its usability is improved.
