FIELD: railway transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device for cleaning car wheelsets contains wheelset rotation mechanism including rotation drive, body frame, cleaning tools engaging with wheelset cleaning mechanism consisting of drive and units for rotating cleaning tools made in form of brushes and units to provide reciprocation of brushes along wheelset axle, and mechanism for cleaning side surfaces of wheel disks installed for adjusting position relative to side surfaces of disk of each wheel and consisting of brushes and their drives to provide contact of brushes with side surfaces of wheel disk and moving off brushes and unit to provide rocking of brushes. Mechanism for cleaning side surfaces of wheel disk is provided with stabilizers, each made in form of spring-loaded frame with supports installed coaxially with brushes and their rotation drive with reversing tie-rods. Unit to provide rocking of brushes is made in form of lever secured by one end on frame for reciprocation and other end, hinge connected on brush rotation drive housing. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of cleaning of wheelset disk side surfaces. ^ 3 cl, 5 dwg |
