- 13 A method of producing a video file is disclosed. The method includes (a) preparing a helmet of a jockey, including fitting a video camera to the helmet and (b) operating the 5 video camera to capture and store video footage as a video file. In particular, step (a) includes selecting the location and orientation of the video camera on the helmet according to the characteristics of the jockey in order to capture video footage of a desired viewing field.
