<p>PURPOSE:To hold back an electric resistance to be low even in a low humidity range, to reduce a change in the electric resistance for a change in relative humidity and thereby to improve precision by holding a humidity sensitive material of polyamine in pores of a porous body. CONSTITUTION:Porous electrodes 3 are fitted to a porous body 2 constituted of a polycrystal of magnesium chromate-titanium dioxide, and the body is immersed in a water solution of quaternary salt of an alkylamine epichrolohydrin addition polymer as a humidity sensitive material 1 of polyamine, for instance, and dried by heating afterward. Thereby an electric resistance is held back even in a low humidity range and employment of an element on a circuit is enabled. When a comparative resistance is used on the circuit and a partial voltage is taken out as a humidity output, moreover, a change in the voltage can be obtained in a wide humidity range and humidity can be detected with high precision.</p> |
