The time derivative of the actual pressure with negative sign, and a signal proportional to the set value of the pressure with positive sign, is superimposed on the output signal of a pressure regulator (30). A selection gate (36) receives the resulting signal as a setting signal for a pressure regulating circuit and a setting signal for a flow regulating circuit. The selection gate selects one of the two setting signals and supplies it as a setting value to a regulating circuit (27) for drive torque.
