PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cleanability of a cooker that can pressurize the inside of a cooking pan to a pressure higher than an atmospheric pressure.SOLUTION: A cooker 10 comprises: a cooking pan 20 in which food is housed; a lid part 40 arranged on an opening part 21 of the cooking pan 20; and an inner lid 60 detachably fitted to the lid body 40. The lid body 40 comprises an exhaust passage 70 that exhausts steam in the cooking pan 20, and the inner lid 60 comprises an exhaust hole 63 that constitutes a portion of the exhaust passage 70. In addition, the lid body 40 comprises: a valve body arrangement part 110 provided in a portion opposed to the exhaust hole 63; an elastic member 140 that blocks an end part of the valve body arrangement part 110; and a valve body 120 arranged on the inside of the lid body 40 in the valve body arrangement part 110. The exhaust hole 63 of the inner lid 60 is blocked by the valve body 120 via the elastic member 140.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A |
