Constitution: A flexible plastic polyethylene material (PE) 6 cm thick and two elastic portions of different length (the internal elastic portion (2) and the external elastic portion (3), which elastic portions are liable to adjoin the lavatory seat cover and completely embrace the inner and outer surface of this last. Embodiment: Application to whatever public or private lavatory; no contact of the user with the lavatory seat cover so that any transmission of microbes and viruses is prevented.
