THIN FILM TRANSISTOR ARRAY PANEL AND MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A thin film transistor substrate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent problems due to an align deviation and reduce manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of thin film transistors are arranged on an insulating substrate. A plurality of color filters(230A~230C) and dams(240a,240b) are arranged on the insulating substrate. A light shielding member(220) and the color filters are arranged on an area surrounded by the dams. The light shielding member is formed by an inkjet printing method. The dams form at least some of the thin film transistors.
