PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such that in works of forming a straight line-formed furrow or works in the remaining corner parts of a field such as a rice paddy, etc., there are cases that the formation of such parts can not be achieved because of the operation of a tractor, meandering or the like, and also it is impossible to perform the works at the corner parts of the field accurately while circling the tractor. SOLUTION: This implement A linked with a traveling machine B has a mounting frame 1, a working part 3, a linking part 2 for linking the mounting frame 1 with the working part 3, a controlling part 4 and an operating part 5. The linking part 2 is provided so as to be capable of rotating in horizontal direction by centering around a rotary fulcrum 14 installed at the mounting frame 1, and also of elongating and contracting the distance between the mounting frame 1 and the working part 3 and it is possible to elongate or contract the linking part 2 so as to make a pressure acting on a worked surface D by the working part 3 in a definite range by detecting a counter force received by the working part 3 from the worked surface D. As a working example of the working part 3, it is possible to make the working part 3 as capable of rotating in horizontal direction by centering around a working part rotary fulcrum 32 installed at the linking part 2.
