A method for treating posthysterectomic syndrome in the patients with neurovegetative and psychoemotional disorders comprises the substitution hormonal therapy with Femoston, psychopharmacological treatment and use of antidepressants. Femoston 1/10 is provided in cyclic regimen. Valerian twice a day, the tincture of the motherwort 30 drops thrice a day, Hydazepam 5 mg daily before the night sleep for 10-14 days are used as psychopharmacological components. Paroxetin (Paxil) 20 mg daily for 1-3 months is provided as antidepressant for the patients with the significant depressive component. In peripheral blood, the content of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines is assessed by ELISA technique. The three-fold increase in the level of proinflammatory cytokines IL-I&bgr;, IL- with concomitant 1.3-1.4-fold decrease in the level of their antagonists IL-4, IL-10 is considered as indication for Immunomax injections at a dose of 100-200 U until normalization of cytokine profile. |
