PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a bond magnet, with which magnetization characteristics are improved, an adjustment width of the magnetization characteristics is widened, and which is simple and reduces costs.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a bond magnet can be provided which includes a heating step for disposing magnetic field application means for magnetization in the vicinity of the bond magnet and heating the bond magnet to a temperature equal to or higher than its Curie point, and a magnetization step for continuously applying a magnetic field for magnetization to the bond magnet through the magnetic field application means for magnetization while cooling the bond magnet which has reached the temperature equal to or higher than the Curie point, to a temperature lower than the Curie point. The method uses a rare earth iron boron phosphide based bond magnet containing two or more kinds of rare earth elements of Nd-Pr, thereby reducing refining costs, such that the method is simplified and reduces costs. |
