PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PET bottle holder which enables a PET bottle to be easily held and carried through a one-handed-operation even by a hemiplegic person, and an aged person and a child with weak gripping power, which enables contents in the PET bottle to be poured into a vessel, and which facilitates the opening/closing of the lid of the PET bottle. SOLUTION: This approximately L-shaped PET bottle holder comprises a flange-portion holder 10 of a horizontal portion, and a hanging portion 20 of a vertical portion. The flange-portion holder 10 is equipped with an approximately potbellied through-hole 30 which connects a first hole 31 having a diameter smaller than that of the flange portion of the PET bottle, to a second hole 32 having a diameter larger than that of the flange portion, in a linear portion 33. The flange-portion holder 10 hangs the flange portion of the PET bottle by using the first hole 31. The lid is opened/closed by fitting an internal gear portion 40, which is provided in the hanging portion 20, into the knurled portion of the PET bottle lid. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
